Time Periods

Orders take anywhere from 3-28 business days for processing & delivery for in stock items . Once delivery confirmation is processed , you will receive email with tracking information to the email address used in order form so you can track your order at www.usps.com or www.ups.com. Contact us after 28 days if order is not delivered . After 28 days on in stock items we offer a reship . if the reship is not delivered we will issue a refund , we do not issue refunds on in stock items until second reship attempt fails .

Out of stock items . If 28 days has passed since your order and you have not received delivery confirmation information , the item you ordered is not in stock, contact us for refund or details on when item will be in stock . In some cases we process delivery confirmation for out of stock items .

MAIL ORDER

Mail Order is processed every 3-4 weeks. Mail Order is shipped with delivery confirmation . Once you included an email address in your mail order we will send delivery confirmation # to you .

Refunds and Returns Policy

Please note that all sales are final. If you receive "defective" merchandise from us, you may exchange it for a duplicate item free of charge, provided that you notify us that the movie is defective within 10 days of receipt at the below address and enclose your email order confirmation. We will ship the identical, replacement movie to you within 30 days of receiving the damaged merchandise from you. We do not provide refunds on any products unless defective.
